Job summary

Amazon Access Mexico seeks a Program Manager III to own and drive cross-functional workstreams across regulatory influence, payment performance, financial modeling, customer analytics, and automation. You will work with Amazon, Invex, PROSA, and Mastercard to solve end-to-end problems using SQL-driven insights.

You will build analytical frameworks, craft dashboards, and influence regulators without formal authority while delivering measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Speak, write, and read fluently in English, and have the ability to take direction in English

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program delivery across payment performance, customer acquisition, engagement analytics, and operational automation workstreams for Amazon Access Mexico.
• Build analytical frameworks using SQL, QuickSight, and GenAI tools to diagnose business problems, quantify impact, and inform strategy.
• Influence external partners (Invex, PROSA, Mastercard) and regulators (CNBV) via evidence-based analysis and persistent engagement to drive outcomes without formal authority.
• Design financial models, unit economics frameworks, and attribution methodologies to evaluate program sustainability and inform funding decisions.
