Amazon Inc. is seeking a Sr. Technical Program Manager for its 1P lending team to drive complex, cross-country initiatives across Brazil and Mexico.
You will own programs from requirements to launch, coordinating engineers in São Paulo and India with business partners in Brazil and Mexico. You will partner with Legal, Compliance and Risk to translate local regulatory requirements into technical plans and audit-ready launches, while driving risk management and scalable release processes.
Do you want to help millions of customers in Latin America get fair, simple and transparent credit? Amazon's 1P Lending team is looking for a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to drive our lending programs in Brazil and Mexico. You will own complex, cross-team programs that bring Amazon's own lending products to market and help them grow. These programs cover customer onboarding, credit decisioning, loan servicing, repayments, and integration with local partners and regulators. You will be the connection between engineering teams in São Paulo and India and business partners in Brazil and Mexico, turning ambiguous goals into clear plans and launches. This role sits where technology, financial products and regulation meet. You'll work with Engineering, Product, Risk, Finance, Legal and Compliance to keep large initiatives on track, move fast where it's safe, and make sure every launch meets the bar that financial services require. We're looking for a technically strong, high-ownership program leader. You should be able to understand system architecture, ask the right questions of engineers, spot risks early, and drive results across countries and time zones.
