Pyramid Consulting, Inc. seeks a Programme Manager - Regulatory Specialist to lead complex regulatory alignment and TSA Exit readiness across markets outside the US. The role is remote and requires coordinating with global teams and local markets.

You will oversee governance, dashboards, stakeholder engagement, and knowledge transfer, ensuring timely execution of separation programs and compliance with local requirements. Strong communication with senior leadership is essential.

HIRING || PROGRAM MANAGER- Regulatory Specialist || REMOTE

• Lead the TSA Exit plan deployment and readiness to ensure successful operations within across all markets outside US.
• Ensure incorporation of local requirements in TSA Exit solutions
• Manage execution of TSA exit plan at Cluster Level (cross functional)
• Track and provide hands-on support for local contract novation Stakeholder Engagement and Communication
• Act as the primary point of contact to local markets for separation and transformation efforts with executive stakeholders.
• Provide regular updates to senior leadership on separation progress, risks, and mitigation plans.
• Oversee and manage the operational aspects of ongoing separation programs and serves as liaison between the Diabetes Separation management Office, local market leadership, and Senior Executive Leadership Partner with business and global functional leaders to ensure alignment to both programme plan.
• Establish and support governance routines, executive dashboards, and performance reporting to maintain leadership visibility and control.
• Be the bridge between Country and Global by tracking to plan and supporting operationalisation
• Documentation gathering post LE Establishment (on behalf of Legal) - Collaboration between GTS and VAT and Import registrations.
• Ensuring teams are aware to start their work (eg Bank Act post LE Establishment)
• Ad-hoc inputs and actions on behalf of the functions (eg pricing will need analysis of tender commitments)
• Ensure TSA exit Knowledge Transfer is completed in-market
