Citi is seeking an Admin Analyst to support governance, monitoring, and control of Banamex user access to Citi global applications during the TSA period. The role involves extracting data from official sources to prepare reports and metrics, interacting with Global IAM and Information Security teams, and ensuring compliant documentation and audit deliverables.

Ideal candidates have 3–5+ years in operations support or project coordination in banking, with strong Excel and SharePoint skills, and

3 to 5+ years of experience in operations support, administration, or project coordination roles, preferably in banking/financial services.
Strong organizational, analytical, and document management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Spanish.
Knowledge of TSA/divestiture environments or information security controls is desirable.

Responsabilidades

Generate and distribute periodic reports on Banamex user entitlements to global applications.
Process daily alert reports and track hires, terminations, and reactivations in SharePoint.
Coordinate with Cybersecurity and TSA teams for access removal activities and approvals.
Design and maintain dashboards to monitor user removals and remediation progress.
Provide backup coverage and support audit deliverables and CAP closures.
