TTI, Inc. is seeking a Global Shared Services Deployment Manager to lead deployment initiatives across regions, coordinating with regional managers to scale the Global Resource Center (GRC) and support expansion.

The role requires extensive cross-functional coordination, time-zone management, and ongoing alignment of priorities with stakeholders, while driving change and program training across global teams.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent job-related experience preferred.
• A minimum of 10 years of related industry experience required (sales, sales management, marketing, product management, distribution, asset management, etc.).
• Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency with excellent verbal and written communication in English & Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate, plan, and facilitate deployment of technology tools and systems.
• Work within a cross-functional team, managing tasks, workload, and timelines.
• Provide support to functional teams while managing work across multiple time zones.
• Ensure team priorities, roadmaps, and goals align with stakeholder needs.
• Influence change across the organization and lead GRC teams to deliver results.
• Develop long-term strategy and roadmap to support scalable growth.
• Communicate go-forward strategy with regional management, including resources.
