Job summary

Flex seeks a Program Manager in Guadalajara, North Campus to lead multifunctional teams and drive projects to successful on-time and on-budget delivery.

You will oversee scope, schedule, cost, and technical requirements, while maintaining strong client relationships and profitability. Fluency in English and Spanish is required; BAAN/SAP/Oracle experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Administration or related field.
• Experience as a Program Manager and strong communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Solid knowledge of P&L, WIF, FOL, QvA, Quotes and NPI.
• Diploma or Certification in Program Management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the CFT to achieve customer targets (quality, testing, materials, processes).
• Lead Large NPI projects and report status to customer and senior management.
• Direct multidisciplinary teams to meet goals negotiated with customers.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and project profitability.
• Establish project schedules, budgets and technical requirements; manage from initiation through transfer.
• Communicate requirements, schedules and budgets to engineers, management and consultants.

Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Program Manager located in Guadalajara, North Campus Reporting to the Program Management Manager the Program Manager role involves managing and leading the multifunctional team assigned to the account that needs to be managed, focused on obtaining operational and financial results aligned with the organizational objectives and those of our clients.

What a typical day looks like:

• Coordinates with the CFT the actions necessary for compliance with the targets agreed with the customer (quality, testing, materials, processes, etc.)
• Leader for Large NPI projects. Will communicate to external customer and upper management for Project status and day to day activities.
• Will lead multidisciplinary team to achieve the goals negotiated with both external and internal customers.
• Responsible for customer satisfaction and Project profitability.
• Establish project schedule, financial parameters, and technical requirements, managing project from initiation through transfer.
• Communicate customer requirements, specifications, project schedule, and budget constraints to cross-functional teams, including engineers, senior management, and consultants.
• Develop status reports, including project financials, ensuring project team is meeting customer requirements and measuring cost control.
• Maintain project plan documents, procedures, and project deliverables
• Provide advice to lower-level Project/Product Managers to achieve goals in accordance with established policies.
• Recommend changes to policies which may affect subordinate organization(s).
• Interact frequently with customers and/or functional peer group managers.
• May interact with senior management; frequently interact with middle management and individual contributor groups.
• Assess causes of problems and provide technical support and direction to project team to resolve issues.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• Bachelor´s Degree in Administration or related.
• Experience in the Program Manager position
• Strong communication skill (English and Spanish)
• Solid experience in P&L, WIF, FOL, QvA, Quotes.
• Solid knowledge of NPI
• Advanced MS Office (Excel, PP)
• Experience with demanding clients PO and shipment management BAAN, SAP, Oracle (Preferred)
• Organized, responsible, Proactive
• Diploma or Certification in Program Manager.
• Valid passport and visa are a plus
• Communication and negotiation abilities
• Knowledge of technical manufacturing process (Capabilities, rate, etc.)
