Job summary

Flex is seeking a Program Administrator based in Juarez, Mexico, to support programs and manage customer accounts. You will coordinate with the Program Management and Operations teams, align work plans, and drive project progress within budget.

The role involves reporting, metrics tracking, and occasional travel to customer sites. Required are a related bachelor's degree, manufacturing experience, proficient MS Office skills, and strong English communication to effectively interact with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience.
• Related experience preferably within a Manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge in MS Office; Excel, Word, PowerPoint and others.
• Intermediate/Advanced English (mandatory).
• Attention to customer requirements.
• Ability to effectively communicate with CFT.
• Previous experience in administrative or operational program roles, project follow-up, or coordination with cross-functional teams.
• Experience working with reports, metrics, and action tracking.
• Previous exp working with different kinds of reports and KPI's.
• Experience Industrial Engineer Experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist with managing customer accounts in all aspects of the business relationship.
• Present materials value-added to customers or suppliers and influence customers to use.
• Review program proposals or plans to define time frame, procedures and resources.
• Outline work plans, assign duties, responsibilities and scope of authority.
• Drive and coordinate projects/activities with the Customer Focus Team to ensure progress on schedule and within budget.
• Prepare program reports and executive presentations for management or clients.
• May assist in metric development and tracking for the program.
• Occasional travel to customer locations.
• Drive continuous improvement activities impacting timelines, costs or production.
• Follow up on shipments to meet site and customer guarantees.
