Job summary

Flex is seeking a Program Administrator for the Guadalajara, North Campus. You will follow up production plans with the CFT, support daily meetings, and assist with managing key customer accounts across the business relationship.

Reporting to the Program Management Manager, the role requires a BA/BS, conversational English, and experience in electronics and NPI. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to keep programs on schedule and within budget.

Qualifications

• BA/BS or equivalent work experience.
• Prior financial experience (QVA, CPT, FOL, what if).
• Experience in electronic industry.
• Conversational English (spoken and written).
• NPI experience.
• Customer facing experience.

Responsibilities

• Follow up production plans with the CFT and monitor daily meetings.
• Assist in managing key customer accounts across the business relationship.
• Coordinate activities with Program/Engineering Manager to align CFT efforts and resources.
• Review status reports and adjust schedules or plans as required.
• Prepare program reports for management and clients.

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Program Administrator located in Guadalajara,North Campus.

Reporting to the Program Management Manager, this position will be focus on: Follow-up of production plans with the CFT and daily attention to meetings. Assists with managing key customer accounts in all aspects of the business relationship.

What a typical day looks like:

• Assists in the review of program proposals or plans to determine time frame, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing program, staffing requirements and allotment of available resources to various phases of program.
• Confers with appropriate managers within Program Management, Operations and others to outline work plan and to assign duties, responsibilities and scope of authority, and to receive technical advice and resolve problems.
• Works with Program/Engineering Manager to coordinate activities of Customer Focus Team (CFT) members to ensure program progresses on schedule and within prescribed budget, including facilitating the necessary matrix relationships.
• Reviews status reports prepared by Customer Focus Team (CFT) members and modifies schedules or plans as required.
• Prepares program reports for management, client, or others.
