Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• Six Sigma training is desirable.
• 5+ years of proven event management or project facilitation experience.
• Familiarity with data analysis and process improvement methodologies is an advantage.
• Proficiency in English.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coordinate multiple monthly events to drive productivity and engagement.
• Facilitate training programs for new event leaders, promoting skill development and leadership.
• Oversee the transition of concepts from events to ideation tools for development.
• Implement a structured approach for pre-event prep, execution, and post-event review.
• Collaborate with teams to establish a comprehensive event calendar for upcoming years.
• Track and report on event outcomes using systematic evaluation methods.
• Support the training and shadowing of individuals leading events with IA event leaders.
