Honeywell Technologies is seeking a Senior Automation Process Quality Engineer at our Monterrey facility. You will develop robust automation processes for welding and assembly, mentor the Automation team, and ensure cost, quality and schedule targets are met.

The role requires a Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronics degree, 3–5 years in HVAC controls or BAS, PLC programming, and strong Lean, DMAIC, and GD&T skills. Travel up to 50% and on-site work are expected.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Controls or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in HVAC controls, BAS, field service or related automation roles.
• Strong PLC programming and automation tool selection skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop robust automation processes for welding and assembly.
• Define machine specifications, runoff and installation requirements for automation equipment.
• Mentor the automation team and drive process improvements.
• Apply 6-Sigma, DOE, 9-Step Problem Solving and 5-Why for root-causes.
• Maintain control plans, PFMEAs and ergonomic studies; support EHS metrics.
