Honeywell International, Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Process Training professional in Nuevo León, Mexico.

The role focuses on developing, implementing, and maintaining training programs to support production teams and ensure adherence to processes and quality standards. You will collaborate with manufacturing engineers to update content as processes change, evaluate training effectiveness, and provide coaching to enhance workforce skills.

Formación

• Experience in manufacturing process training or a related field within a production environment.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality standards.
• Ability to develop training materials and deliver effective training sessions.
• Familiarity with process improvement methodologies and tools.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, implement, and maintain manufacturing process training programs tailored to production teams.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops to ensure employees understand and adhere to manufacturing processes and quality standards.
• Collaborate with manufacturing engineers and process owners to update training content based on process changes and improvements.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and make continuous improvements to training materials and delivery methods.
• Provide coaching and support to manufacturing personnel to enhance their process knowledge and skills.
