Honeywell Technologies in Monterrey, Mexico, seeks a Strategic Sourcing Specialist II for New Product Introduction (NPI). You will establish and manage the supply chain for new products from concept to mass production, drive early engagement with Engineering and Product Development, and lead supplier selection, negotiation, and qualification to meet NPI objectives.

You will collaborate with R&D, Product Management, and Engineering to align roadmaps with sourcing strategy, drive DFx initiatives,

Formación

Three years of experience in Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, or Supply Chain roles, with a focus on New Product Introduction (NPI).
Proven expertise in cost analysis, contract negotiation, and supplier relationship management.
Strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and quality requirements.

Responsabilidades

NPI Sourcing Strategy & Execution for all new components, materials, and services.
Lead end-to-end sourcing for NPI projects, from concept to mass production.
Collaborate with R&D, Product Management, and Engineering to align roadmaps with sourcing requirements.
Identify, evaluate, and qualify new suppliers meeting tech, capacity, quality, and cost targets.
Drive DFx principles into new product designs and manage supplier readiness (PPAP/FAIs).
Negotiate pricing, lead times, inventory, and SLAs; manage contracts with Legal.
