Johnson Controls, a global leader in building technologies, seeks a Plant Supervisor to oversee daily production at the Monterrey site. You will develop, manage, and motivate production personnel to boost productivity and ensure quality standards are met.

In this role you will collaborate across departments, maintain a safe and organized work environment, mentor team members, analyze production data, and drive improvements while promoting an inclusive, results-driven culture.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, production management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment, with at least one year in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

What will you do?

The Plant Supervisor manages daily production functions within the plant, focusing on development, management, and motivation of production personnel to increase productivity and improve efficiencies.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives through regular evaluations and collaborative problem-solving, fostering an environment of innovation and progress.
