Johnson Controls in Monterrey is seeking a Lean Manufacturing/Kaizen specialist to drive efficiency and waste reduction across value streams. You will support kaizen events, map processes, and deploy 5S standards in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 5–7 years in manufacturing improvement, experience with OEE, AutoCAD, and strong English. HVAC exposure is preferred and a comprehensive benefits package is offered.

Formación

• Bachelor or higher in engineering or equivalent field.
• 5–7 years of experience in manufacturing improvement roles.
• Experience in HVAC or similar industries preferred.
• Advanced English required.

Responsabilidades

• Support improvement activities from kaizen events and lean initiatives.
• Develop and deploy value stream and process maps.
• Lead 5S audits and standardization efforts.
• Coordinate A3 problem solving and savings tracking.

What will you do?

• Support for improvement activities arising from the rewards program
• Support for savings projects arising from KAIZEN events
• Training, organization, and support of Value Stream Map activities
• Realization, deployment and monitoring of Lean Assessment results
• Coordination of the 5S audit and recognition program
• Generation of savings projects
• Follow-up to standardization of best practices
• Line balancing
• A3 development

How will you do it?

• Lean Manufacturing / Kaizen / 5 S’s Methodology knowledge and or implementation
• Tools for analysis and problem solving
• Time and movement studies
• Projects management
• Process mapping
• Environmental system 14001

What we look for?

• Engineering or equivalent
• 5 to 7 years of experience
• Preferably experience in the HVAC industry
• Advanced English
• Six sigma certification (Green or black belt)
• Knowledge of the OEE
• Excel domain and power point
• Knowledge of autocad
