Johnson Controls in Monterrey is seeking a Lean Manufacturing/Kaizen specialist to drive efficiency and waste reduction across value streams. You will support kaizen events, map processes, and deploy 5S standards in a fast-paced environment.
The role requires 5–7 years in manufacturing improvement, experience with OEE, AutoCAD, and strong English. HVAC exposure is preferred and a comprehensive benefits package is offered.
