Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, production management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing or production, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.

The Plant Supervisor manages daily production functions within the plant, focusing on development, management, and motivation of production personnel to increase productivity and improve efficiencies.

Responsibilities include:
