Johnson Controls is seeking a Supervisor - STIVA 2 to oversee daily production operations, ensure safety, and drive continuous improvement. You will mentor team members, analyze data, and coordinate with cross-functional departments to meet targets.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor's degree in engineering or related field, with 5+ years in manufacturing and at least 1 year in supervision, plus strong leadership and communication skills.
