Johnson Controls in Apodaca, Nuevo León, Mexico, is seeking a Supervisor to lead daily production operations and drive efficiency. You will mentor teams, ensure safety and quality, and collaborate across departments to meet targets.

The role requires a bachelor’s in engineering or production management, at least five years in manufacturing with one year in supervision, and strong leadership and communication skills. Johnson Controls offers a supportive environment and opportunities for growth.
