Johnson Controls in Reynosa is seeking a Plant Supervisor to manage daily production activities and drive productivity improvements. The role focuses on developing and guiding production personnel to achieve targets while maintaining safety, quality, and efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field, at least 5 years in manufacturing with supervisory experience, and strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities to foster

The Plant Supervisor manages daily production functions within the plant, focusing on development, management, and motivation of production personnel to increase productivity and improve efficiencies.

• Responsibilities include:
• Overseeing daily production operations and ensuring alignment with company goals.
• Maintaining a safe, organized, and efficient work environment.
• Collaborating with multiple departments to meet production targets and quality standards.
• Supervising and mentoring team members, fostering skill development and performance improvement.
• Analyzing production data to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements.
