Job summary

Johnson Controls in Mexico's Apodaca plant is seeking a Plant Supervisor - STIVA 2 to lead daily production, develop a high-performance team, and drive safety and quality.

You will partner with multiple departments to hit production targets, analyze data for improvements, and foster a collaborative, inclusive culture that aligns with our commitment to excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, production mgmt, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in manufacturing with at least 1 year in supervision.

What will you do?

The Plant Supervisor manages daily production functions within the plant, focusing on development, management, and motivation of production personnel to increase productivity and improve efficiencies.

• Responsibilities include:

• Overseeing daily production operations and ensuring alignment with company goals.

• Maintaining a safe, organized, and efficient work environment.

• Collaborating with multiple departments to meet production targets and quality standards.

• Supervising and mentoring team members, fostering skill development and performance improvement.

• Analyzing production data to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements.

• Take ownership of production outcomesby ensuring schedules and quality standards are consistently met, maintaining accountability and integrity in all actions.
