Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking a Plant Supervisor to manage daily production in our facility, driving development, supervision, and motivation of production personnel to boost productivity and efficiency. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and collaboration with multiple departments to meet targets.

The candidate will lead a team, respond to operational challenges, and champion continuous improvement through data-driven decisions and teamwork at our plant location in Mexico.

What will you do?

The Plant Supervisor manages daily production functions within the plant, focusing on development, management, and motivation of production personnel to increase productivity and improve efficiencies.
