Job summary

Johnson Controls in Monterrey, MX is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee daily operations, ensure safety and quality, and align outputs with company goals. You will mentor a diverse team, monitor production metrics, and drive improvements across departments.

We expect a Bachelor’s in engineering or production management with at least five years in manufacturing, including supervision, plus strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
