Johnson Controls in Tepatitlán, Mexico, is seeking a Plant Supervisor to lead daily production, develop staff, and align operations with safety and quality goals. You will mentor teams, analyse production data to improve efficiency, and collaborate with cross-functional groups to meet targets.

A bachelor's in engineering or production management and at least five years in manufacturing, including supervisory experience, are required.

The Plant Supervisor manages daily production functions within the plant, focusing on development, management, and motivation of production personnel to increase productivity and improve efficiencies.
