The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field and at least five years in manufacturing with supervisory experience, demonstrating strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.

What will you do?

The Plant Supervisor manages daily production functions within the plant, focusing on development, management, and motivation of production personnel to increase productivity and improve efficiencies.
