The role requires coordinating material flow, planning and scheduling, and guiding a diverse team to meet customer demand. The ideal candidate has engineering education and several years of manufacturing and supervisory experience.

Formación

• University degree in engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years in manufacturing environment.
• 2+ years in a supervisory role.
• Based in Tijuana with no regular travel.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure safety activities are followed by the team.
• Attend daily startup meetings.
• Supervise daily operations to ensure productivity, efficiency, and quality.
• Review production plan and follow up on its execution.
• Coordinate resources to meet on-time delivery within the department.
• Escalate issues to leadership to maintain flow and resolve production problems.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and attend relevant meetings.
