Johnson Controls is seeking a Plant Supervisor to lead daily production in our Mexico facility, developing and motivating the production team to boost productivity and quality. You will oversee operations, ensure safety, and collaborate with multiple departments to meet targets.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or production management, at least 5 years in manufacturing with 1 year in supervision, strong leadership, and the ability to analyze and improve processes.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, production management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment, with at least one year in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze and improve operational processes.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Commitment to safety and quality standards.
