The Production Supervisor oversees all daily production operations, ensuring that safety, quality and productivity standards are consistently met while actively engaging in hands‑on support. They are responsible for planning, scheduling, and monitoring the movement of material through the production cycle to meet customer demand. The Supervisor must be comfortable overseeing a diverse group of team members with limited additional leadership support. They facilitate clear and effective communication, resolve conflicts, and motivate team members through coaching, training, and constructive feedback to promote skill development and career growth. Additionally, they analyze operational data to make informed decisions, monitor key performance indicators, and utilize tracking systems to meet daily production goals.
