Parker Hannifin is seeking a Human Resources Manager at our manufacturing site in Tijuana, Mexico. You will act as a strategic partner to plant leadership, aligning people initiatives with business priorities to drive performance, engagement, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities include guiding talent management, workforce planning, employee relations, compliance with Mexican labor laws, and continuous improvement of HR processes.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology or related field.
• Minimum 5 yrs of HR experience in high volume and global manufacturing environment.
• Fluent in English (written and verbal).

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary HR partner for plant leadership, providing strategic guidance on organizational, talent, and workforce decisions.
• Partner with operations through regular interactions to align HR solutions with priorities.
• Ensure compliance with Mexican labor legislation and Parker policies.
• Lead HR process improvements with measurable outcomes.
• Drive DE&I initiatives and coordinate audits with internal teams.
