Johnson Controls in Mexico is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead and optimize the manufacturing department. You will supervise production teams, ensure efficient use of labor, materials, and equipment, and drive safe, compliant operations.

You will mentor staff, evaluate performance, implement improvements, and partner with the production manager to reduce costs and improve quality. A bachelor's degree and 3–5 years in manufacturing are required; Lean/Six Sigma experience is a plus.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Management, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in manufacturing.

Responsabilidades

• Lead production operations and manage labor within the department.
• Train team on on-the-job operation of equipment and safety.
• Evaluate probationary team members and recommend hires/promotions.
• Ensure compliance with methods, quality standards, safety regulations, and production standards; take corrective action.
• Continuously analyze the area for improved production methods and cost controls.
• Collaborate with team members to address on-the-job problems and provide action plans to leadership.
