Job summary

Inteva Products is seeking a capable supervisor to ensure safety compliance and drive quality, cost, and delivery objectives in our Silao manufacturing area. You will oversee processes, implement control plans, and generate essential production metrics while coordinating overtime as needed.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s in Industrial/Mechanical Engineering, has 3+ years of engineering experience, and demonstrates intermediate English proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of engineering experience.
• Intermediate English proficiency.
• Knowledge of safety, quality, and manufacturing techniques and tools.
• Understanding of the EHS Roles and Responsibilities Matrix.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations for personnel under supervision.
• Meet quality, cost, and delivery objectives in manufacturing processes.
• Follow production area's process control plans.
• Responsible for generating production reports, FTQ, OE, Scrap, etc.
• Schedule overtime as needed.
• Conduct 5 Whys related to safety and quality.
• Monitor indirect material consumption in the Tool Crib.
• Complete monthly training sessions on the Wombat Platform.
• Promote a customer-centric approach.
