Qualifications

• Education: Engineering related.
• At least 3 years of experience as Production Supervisor.
• Desirable experience in Manufacturing industry.
• English desirable but not mandatory.
• SAP (High desirable).

Responsibilities

• Oversee manufacturing and shipping processes in factory operations.
• Evaluate each station to maintain optimum efficiency.
• Enforce all safety policies on the production floor.
• Create and oversee employee training to increase production and safety.
• Inspect products for quality and accuracy prior to shipment.
• Maintain communications between management and employees on policies.
• Plan, organize, and direct manufacturing to maximize asset performance.
• Generate daily production and performance reports.
