Brose Sitech is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee safe and efficient manufacturing operations. You will plan capacity, lead a high-performing team, and implement shift schedules to meet customer and business needs.

The role requires a technical degree or equivalent hands-on manufacturing experience, with 5+ years in manufacturing and strong leadership and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in SAP, MES, and MS Office is preferred.

• At least 5 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment, ideally with leadership responsibilities.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and production-related systems (e.g., SAP, MES).

Responsabilidades

• Ensure a safe, efficient, and uninterrupted production operation while meeting targets for Quality, Delivery, Cost, and People.
• Plan and manage production capacity, including manpower, equipment, and resources.
• Lead, coach and develop employees to build a high-performing team.
• Develop and implement shift schedules and workforce plans to support production objectives.
• Monitor KPIs and initiate corrective actions to achieve targets.
• Identify and resolve production issues, bottlenecks, and quality concerns through root cause analysis.
• Promote continuous improvement using Lean Manufacturing principles (5S, Kaizen, Standard Work).
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, SOPs, policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain a strong safety culture and adhere to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Collaborate with Quality, Maintenance, Logistics, Engineering, and Planning to improve production and on-time delivery.

• Ensuring a safe, efficient, and uninterrupted production operation while achieving targets for Quality, Delivery, Cost, and People
• Planning and managing production capacity, including manpower, equipment, and resources, to meet customer and business requirements
• Leading, coaching and developing employees to build a high-performing team
• Developing and implementing shift schedules and workforce plans to support production objectives
• Monitoring and driving key performance indicators (KPIs), initiating corrective actions to achieve operational targets
• Identifying, analyzing, and resolving production issues, bottlenecks, equipment failures, and quality concerns through effective problem-solving and root cause analysis
• Promoting and leading continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing principles such as 5S, Kaizen, and Standard Work
• Ensuring compliance with quality standards, operating procedures, company policies, and regulatory requirements
• Maintaining a strong safety culture and ensuring adherence to all health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Collaborating closely with Quality, Maintenance, Logistics, Engineering, and Planning teams to improve overall production performance and ensuring on-time customer delivery
• Technical degree or equivalent hands-on manufacturing experience, with demonstrated success in production leadership or supervisory role
• At least 5 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment, ideally with leadership or supervisory responsibilities
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and production-related systems (e.g., SAP, MES) preferred
