Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field, with at least 5 years of production experience, including knowledge of SAP and operational methodologies. The role also focuses on coaching employees and driving continuous improvements in manufacturing operations.

Formación

• 5 years of experience in Manufacturing/Production, Project Management.
• 3 years' experience in Metal Mechanics, Cooling Towers, and SAP.
• Intermediate level of English.

Responsabilidades

• Establish general KPIs for the production process.
• Define and communicate daily, weekly, and monthly objectives.
• Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities.
