Job summary

TE Connectivity Ltd. is seeking a seasoned Planning Leader to oversee procurement, inventory control, planning and quality control of production materials. You will drive demand and material plans, coordinate with cross‑functional teams, and lead improvements in scheduling and KPI performance.

The role requires strong SAP PP experience, 5+ years in planning, and advanced English. Expect a dynamic, diverse team focused on operational excellence and customer service.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Supply Chain Planning or related leadership roles.
• SAP Production Planning (PP) module experience required.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Strong background in Demand, Supply, Capacity, MPS, and Inventory Planning.
• ERP/MRP systems knowledge and planning processes.
• Advanced Excel and Power BI skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze demand, forecasts and historical usage to develop production and material plans.
• Lead production scheduling, balance demand, capacity, and inventory targets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align plans with customer demand and cost goals.
• Monitor KPIs, implement recovery plans, and drive schedule stability.
• Lead continuous improvement in planning effectiveness and forecast accuracy.
• Develop and maintain planning procedures and standards.
