TE Connectivity seeks an experienced Operational/Plant Leader to oversee end-to-end manufacturing operations, driving safety, quality, delivery and cost performance.

You will translate business strategy into operational execution, lead recruitment and development of teams, and guide capacity planning, EHS, NPI, and maintenance.

The role requires 10+ years in plant leadership, a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, strong project management, lean expertise, and proven stakeholder communication.

Formación

• 10+ years’ experience as an Operational/Plant Leader.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree.
• Strong project management and organizational skills under pressure.
• Experience leading high performing teams.
• Full P&L responsibility with Production, Planning, EHS, NPI, Facilities, Maintenance, CI.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing and CI tools.
• Excellent written and oral communication.
• Project management skills and operation excellence transformation.

Responsabilidades

• Lead overall manufacturing operations with accountability for safety, quality, delivery, cost, and growth.
• Translate business strategy into operational execution and drive growth.
• Oversee manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, planning, EHS, maintenance, facilities, and NPI.
• Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Lead cross-functional and regional teams; manage stakeholder communications and risk mitigation.
• Manage capacity planning, automation, capital investments, and growth initiatives.
• Align capabilities with future business needs.
