Chiaphua Components Group in Mexico is seeking a result-oriented Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing activities, ensure schedules, quality standards and delivery targets are met. You will lead operators and technicians, coordinate with support teams and drive lean improvements.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field, 3–5 years of supervision experience in manufacturing, strong leadership and bilingual English/Spanish skills.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or above in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in production supervision in a manufacturing environment, preferably automotive or electronics.
• Strong knowledge of production processes, lean manufacturing, quality systems and continuous improvement tools.
• Experience leading production teams and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise daily production activities to ensure schedules, quality standards and delivery targets are met.
• Lead and coordinate production operators and technicians, assign work and monitor attendance.
• Monitor production efficiency, scrap, downtime and labor utilization; implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with Warehouse, Quality, Maintenance and Planning teams to ensure material availability and smooth production flow.
• Ensure compliance with manufacturing procedures, work instructions, quality requirements and health and safety regulations.
• Support production line setup, troubleshooting and continuous improvement initiatives to boost productivity and reduce waste.
• Prepare and maintain production reports, KPI tracking, attendance records and shift handover documentation.
• Train, coach and evaluate production staff to develop their skills and ensure proper performance.
• Communicate effectively with local and overseas teams, providing bilingual support in English and Spanish when required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in production supervision in a manufacturing environment, preferably in automotive or electronics industry.
• Strong knowledge of production processes, lean manufacturing, quality systems and continuous improvement tools.
• Experience leading production teams and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Good knowledge of safety regulations, production KPIs, staffing and shift management.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem‐solving skills, with the ability to work hands‐on and drive results.
• Knowledge of ERP systems and Microsoft Office is preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
