Chiaphua Components Group's CCMX unit seeks a Quality/QA professional to establish and maintain a full QMS in line with IATF 16949. Coordinate with internal departments, support audits, and drive continuous improvement in an international team.

Ideal candidates hold a degree in engineering or related field, with at least 1 year in automotive quality, and knowledge of IATF 16949 and VDA 6.3. English fluency is preferred for global collaboration.

Formación

• College degree or above in Engineering, Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, or related technical disciplines.
• 1 year of hands-on quality/management systems experience in the automotive industry.
• Knowledge of IATF 16949 standards; practical knowledge of VDA 6.3 audits preferred.
• Certified Internal Auditor for IATF 16949 or VDA 6.3 is an advantage.
• Experience with Automotive Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, Control Plan).
• Fluent in English for international communication.

Responsabilidades

• Establish, implement, and maintain a complete Quality Management System for CCMX in accordance with IATF 16949.
• Ensure operation of the QMS to meet internal and external audits.
• Coordinate with internal departments to standardize processes and document records to IATF standards.
• Oversee Document Control Center (DCC) operations and document management.
• Manage calibration activities and solve issues with measurement instruments across departments.
• Evaluate corrective and preventive actions from audits and drive improvements.
• Plan and deliver QMS-related training to personnel across departments.
• Monitor quality system execution and handle improvement tasks across functions.

Responsibilities

• Establish, implement, and maintain a complete Quality Management System for CCMX in accordance with IATF 16949 standards.
• Ensure the effective operation of the quality management system to successfully meet all internal and external audit requirements.
• Coordinate with all internal departments to establish, standardize, review, and maintain operational processes and document records in compliance with IATF standards.
• Oversee Document Control Center (DCC) operations, ensuring the proper management, control, distribution, and standardization of all CCMX system documents.
• Manage and oversee internal/external calibration-related activities and measurement instruments across departments, solving technical issues during calibration.
• Evaluate and verify the effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions for findings resulting from internal and external audits.
• Plan and deliver necessary QMS system-related training to relevant personnel across departments to continuously enhance quality awareness.
• Monitor quality system execution across all business functions and handle related improvement recommendations or supervisor-assigned tasks.

Qualifications

• College degree or above in Engineering, Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, or related technical disciplines.
• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in quality/management systems within the automotive industry.
• In-depth knowledge of IATF 16949 standards; practical experience or knowledge in VDA 6.3 process audits is strongly preferred.
• Certified Internal Auditor for IATF 16949 or VDA 6.3 is a strong advantage.
• Knowledge or auditing experience in CQI special processes is a plus.
• Familiarity with Automotive Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, Control Plan) and problem-solving methodologies (e.g., 5WHY).
• Fluent in English (written and spoken) to communicate effectively with international teams.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and cross-departmental coordination skills.
