Chiaphua Components Group seeks a Production Supervisor for our Guadalajara, Mexico facility. Lead production teams, drive safety, quality and efficiency while coordinating with cross-functional colleagues to ensure smooth manufacturing operations.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years in production supervision, strong lean expertise, and bilingual English/Spanish communication to support local and overseas teams.

Formación

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in production supervision in manufacturing.
• Experience in automotive or electronics preferred.
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing and quality systems.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise daily production activities to meet schedules, quality, and delivery targets.
• Lead operators and technicians, assign work, monitor attendance, ensure safety rules.
• Monitor efficiency, scrap, downtime; implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with Warehouse, Quality, Maintenance and Planning teams.
• Train, coach and evaluate staff; provide bilingual support when needed.

Responsibilities and requirements are listed below: We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee daily production operations at our Guadalajara, Mexico facility.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading production teams, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, achieving production targets and coordinating with cross-functional departments to support efficient manufacturing operations.

The position requires strong leadership, hands‑on problem‑solving skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both local and overseas teams.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production activities to ensure that production schedules, quality standards and delivery targets are achieved.
• Lead and coordinate production operators and technicians, assign work, monitor attendance and ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures.
• Monitor production efficiency, scrap, downtime and labor utilization, and implement corrective actions to improve performance.
• Coordinate with Warehouse, Quality, Maintenance and Planning teams to ensure material availability and smooth production flow.
• Ensure compliance with manufacturing procedures, work instructions, quality requirements and health and safety regulations.
• Support production line setup, troubleshooting and continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity and reduce waste.
• Prepare and maintain production reports, KPI tracking, attendance records and shift handover documentation.
• Train, coach and evaluate production staff to develop their skills and ensure proper performance.
• Communicate effectively with local and overseas teams, providing bilingual support in English and Spanish when required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in production supervision in a manufacturing environment, preferably in automotive or electronics industry.
• Strong knowledge of production processes, lean manufacturing, quality systems and continuous improvement tools.
• Experience leading production teams and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Good knowledge of safety regulations, production KPIs, staffing and shift management.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to work hands‑on and drive results.
• Knowledge of ERP systems and Microsoft Office is preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
