One Mobility Group in Cd. Juárez Chihuahua is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee shift-to-shift activities in a fast-paced automotive manufacturing setting.

You will analyze the production plan, ensure start-ups and shutdowns, and maintain daily productivity while communicating with support departments. This role offers autonomy within a global company and opportunities for professional growth.

Formación

• Experience in personnel management and administration.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes.
• Experience in launching and participating in new projects.
• Knowledge of poka-yoke systems.
• Knowledge of automotive products and/or manufacturing processes.

Responsabilidades

• Follow up on production activities from one shift to the next.
• Analyze and monitor the production plan.
• Verify proper shift start-up and line shutdown according to established start-up and downtime schedules.
• Ensure machines start operating on time.
• Plan production priorities.
• Update production boards and/or electronic displays with the previous day's results.
• Report production results through production reports (Weekly, XPPS, etc.).
• Maintain daily control of individual and overall productivity.
• Ensure compliance with production standards.
• Maintain effective communication with support departments.
• Maintain effective communication with direct reports and communicate all required company information to them.
• Verify the implementation of housekeeping, cleanliness, and discipline activities.

Your tasks:
