One Mobility Voltaira in Comonfort, Guanajuato, Mexico seeks a Quality Coordinator Process / Suppliers to drive supplier quality, PPAP execution, FMEA focus, and QC planning. You will coordinate audits and supplier revalidations while supporting cross-functional teams.

Requirements include Industrial Engineering or related, 3–5 years experience, advanced English, and living near Celaya or nearby. Attractive salary, stability, and flexible time are offered.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and interpret dimensional analysis reports.
• Follow up actions to prevent process deviations and ensure metrics compliance.
• Participate in PPAP, with emphasis on FMEA and QC Plan definition.
• Coordinate product revalidation and audit programs.
• Assist supplier quality coordinator in failure analyses of components/materials.
• Manage PPAP component approval metrics and receiving inspections.
• Oversee corrective actions and quarantine costs as needed.
• Conduct monthly supplier performance evaluations.

Requirements

• Education: Industrial Engineering or related
• 3 -5 years of experience.
• Advanced English.
• Living near to Celaya, Gto or around.

Your tasks:

• Preparation and interpretation of dimensional analysis reports.
• Follow up on the necessary actions to prevent process deviations that affect quality, ensuring compliance with established metrics in the areas under your responsibility and by your staff.
• Actively participate in the new product launch process from a quality perspective at all stages of PPAP, paying special attention to FMEA and the definition of the Quality Control Plan.
• Coordinate product revalidation and audit programs.
• Support the supplier quality coordinator in conducting failure analyses of components and raw materials that affect projects.
• Preparation and interpretation of dimensional analysis reports.
• Manage and develop new suppliers/new components.
• Plan and conduct supplier audits (current, new, or critical).
• Manage PPAP component approval metrics in a timely manner. Quality assurance of components through receiving inspection.
• Manage corrective action indicators in a timely manner.
• Manage quarantine costs according to target cost/length of stay.
• Manage failure costs for components that require it.
• Conduct monthly supplier performance evaluations according to target.
