One Mobility Group is seeking a Maintenance Manager at our Chihuahua site to oversee TPM-driven maintenance, budget, and continuous improvement across machinery and facilities. You will lead the maintenance team, manage EAM data, and coordinate tool and spare parts procurement in a fast-paced automotive environment.

Ideal candidates will have TPM/RCM experience, lean manufacturing know-how, and familiarity with IATF standards.

Formación

• Experience implementing TPM/RCM in manufacturing environments.
• Understanding of predictive maintenance and root-cause analysis.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement.
• Familiarity with IATF 16949 or similar automotive quality standards.
• Experience managing maintenance budgets and teams.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor OEE and ensure uptime is effectively controlled.
• Manage the EAM system and maintenance data.
• Coordinate corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance activities.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives for machinery, buildings, and facilities.
• Oversee annual maintenance budget and cost control.
• Control purchasing and consumption of spare parts and indirect materials.
• Coordinate and supervise maintenance team activities.
• Maintain and update internal documentation.
• Review contractor quotations and projects.
• Coordinate receipt, installation, and release of new tools and equipment.
• Verify and maintain updated facility layouts.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.

• Knowledge of machinery maintenance, maintenance planning, SMED, TPM, 5S, Poka-Yoke, plant layout, ergonomics, continuous improvement, and PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers).
