CommScope is seeking a Supervisor III, Production to join our Praderas Team in Juarez, Chihuahua, Mexico. This role involves coordinating production teams, ensuring adherence to safety and quality, and generating reports based on plant KPIs.

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, coupled with 3-5 years of experience in a similar position. Knowledge of SAP and Tress systems is also required.

Formación

• 3-5 years of experience in a similar position.
• Experience managing high volume teams (200-300 personnel).

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate Production Supervisors and team leaders.
• Assure team follows safety and quality procedures.
• Follow up on production schedule execution.

We are looking for Supervisor III, Production (Production Superintendent) to join our Praderas Team in Juarez Chih., Mex.

How You'll Help Us Connect the World

• Coordinates Production Supervisors and Production Team Leaders and direct labor.
• Assure that the team follows safety and quality procedures and rules.
• Assure that production follow up production schedule.
• Provide support to the team to meet goals.
• Develop and generate reports according with plant KPI’s (Efficiency, Quality, 5’s and Safety mainly).
• Assure that the team follows ethics and integrity policy and internal rules.
• Assure that all the team is trained to develop the assigned tasks according with the procedures stablished.
• Follow up production plan and execution.
• Follow up and maintain Labor Efficiency and corrective actions when out of goal.
• Maintain and improve CPI system.
• Assure support areas are aligned with production plans and needs.
• Promote and apply safety rules and procedures.
• Promote and apply quality culture and procedures.
• Require DL and IDL according with volume and capacities.
• Understanding and following the requirements of the EHS Policy, Standards, and relevant facility and operations EHS procedures.

Education and Experience Required

• Bachelor’s Degree (Engineering Industrial, Mechanic, Electronic, Mechatronics / Business Administration).
• 3-5 years of experience in a similar position.
• Lean Manufacture culture.
• Personnel Management, high volume of HC 200-300.
• Knowledge SAP System.
• Knowledge Tress System.
