Job summary

ABB Electrical Control Systems S. de R.L. de C.V. is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead a production unit, ensuring smooth operations and meeting scheduled volumes. You will allocate resources, drive lean initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues.

The role requires 4+ years in production supervision, a relevant engineering degree, and experience with SAP, Power BI and ETO. Intermediate English and strong Excel skills are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in industrial, mechanical, electrical or similar engineering.
• 4+ years of experience in production supervisor or similar roles.
• Experience in electrical manufacturing transformation process or similar.
• Experience in SCRAP KPI's, defects, order expiration & production rate.
• Experience to lead operation crews +40 people.
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office, SAP, Power BI & ETO.
• Lean manufacturing tools.
• Intermediate English level.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team within a Production unit or line to execute production processes.
• Ensure production scheduling and plans meet volume requirements defined in the demand plan.
• Identify and implement improvements to meet production targets and efficiency.
• Coordinate resources to meet line production targets and resolve critical issues with internal teams.
