The role requires a engineering degree, 5+ years of high-volume manufacturing experience, and proficiency in AutoCAD, CREO, SAP, and Excel, with advanced English. You will collaborate cross-functionally and drive productivity through innovative manufacturing solutions.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in fabrication, manufacturing, process, or production engineering in high-volume environments.
• Skilled in AutoCAD, CREO, SAP and Microsoft Excel.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Optimize production assembly methods, processes, and equipment to minimize labor hours.
• Ensure appropriate production methods, cycle time, equipment performance, and materials alignment with targets.
• Define the working phase sequence of new production processes to achieve cost and equipment investment goals.
• Maintain master data integrity, cleansing, normalization, and quality across systems.
• Lead NPIs and transfers as program manager and support introductions.

Each day, you will ensure appropriate production methods, cycle time, equipment performance, and materials/components in support of production targets.
