ABB in Apodaca, Mexico, is seeking a Warehouse/Internal Logistics Supervisor to oversee warehouse operations, lead a team, and ensure timely reception, storage, and dispatch of products per production schedules. The role emphasizes developing standard operating procedures and maintaining KPI performance.

You will drive continuous improvement, collaborate cross-functionally, and ensure compliance with logistics regulations while contributing to a lean, efficient supply chain in an onsite

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
• 2+ years of experience in similar roles.
• Skilled in SAP and Microsoft Excel.
• Solid knowledge of Logistic Regulations such as CTPAT & OEA.
• Intermediate English level.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams, communicate effectively and resolve conflicts in a constructive manner.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee warehouse operations and manage a team to receive, handle, store, and dispatch products, systems, and services to customers.
• Establish or adjust work procedures to meet warehouse demands as per production schedules and workflow.
• Develop and maintain departmental work instructions for all tasks.
• Recommend measures to improve service quality, increase departmental efficiency, and boost performance of work crews and equipment.
• Ensure set productivity and KPI targets are met by motivating, organizing, and encouraging teamwork within the workforce.
