Mastercard seeks a Lead Site Reliability Engineer to ensure reliability, scalability, and performance of critical applications. You will drive DevOps automation, champion best practices, and mentor junior engineers across global teams.

The role involves overseeing uptime, capacity planning, incident response, and collaboration with product, development, and operations to push reliability velocity forward.

Formación

• BS degree in Computer Science or related technical field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong scripting and programming skills across languages.
• Experience with designing reliable, scalable systems and automation.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, DevOps practices, and incident response.

Responsabilidades

• Engage in the full lifecycle of services from design to deployment and operation.
• Monitor service health, latency, and availability; respond to incidents blamelessly.
• Collaborate with global teams across time zones to drive reliability improvements.
• Automate repetitive tasks and optimize CI/CD pipelines across environments.
• Lead and mentor junior engineers on SRE best practices and tooling.
