Formación

• 10 years or more in the position or similar position in the production area.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, IATF.
• Available for travel and must have a visa.

Responsibilities

1. Monitors and communicates compliance with production indicators to senior management.
2. Monitor production waste.
3. Ensures that the product meets the client's standards (quality).
4. Create Indicators of the established objectives.
5. Responsible for applying the code of ethics and business conduct and ensuring following the guidelines of a socially responsible and inclusive company.
6. Direct and oversee functional areas including Operations, Engineering/Technical, Planning/Scheduling, Purchasing, Shipping, and Receiving.
7. Inspire and develop a high-performing team focused on delivery excellence and continuous improvement.
8. Provide accurate and timely data inputs for all forecast requirements, including productivity, scrap, and labor efficiency.
9. Deliver real-time updates for monthly flash reporting and communicate key variances.
10. Ensure projects are managed according to defined timelines, milestones, and compliance with established standards.
11. Ensure that all quality systems are fully implemented and followed to maintain required certifications (e.g., ISO, AS9100, or other applicable standards).
12. Monitor Quality Operating System (QOS) metrics including inventory turns, labor efficiency, on-time delivery, supplier performance, OEE, customer satisfaction, and safety.
13. Develop and lead initiatives to continuously improve operational KPIs across the manufacturing value stream.
14. Individuals directed by management to operate a vehicle for work purposes will observe the requirements of the Fleet Safety Program.

Plans, executes and manages the production schedule through production leaders and supervisors, confirms commitment dates together with the planner, promotes compliance with standards, procedures and programs regarding the environment, safety, hygiene and health, such as elimination of special handling waste, electricity savings, water savings, etc.

Ensure product quality in process lines in accordance with customer specifications and applicable regulations.

Qualifications
