TianJin JinRong TianYu Precision Machinery Inc. in Monterrey is seeking a Production Manager to implement production and operational strategies that meet annual targets.

You will monitor progress, coordinate across all production processes, and drive supplier delivery and quality improvements. Responsibilities include supervising order reception and status tracking, managing the production floor with efficiency plans, and leading QA/QC programs to ensure continuous improvement.

Formación

• Experience in machinery manufacturing preferred.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise the reception, evaluation, and review of customer orders; follow up on production status to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Manage the production floor, develop and implement efficiency improvement plans, and monitor their outcomes.
• Establish and maintain quality assurance and quality control programs; lead quality improvement initiatives and ensure continuous improvement.
• Implement cost control measures to reduce production costs while increasing output and maintaining quality.
• Based on the plant development plan, propose staffing plans and organize training to ensure staff have skills and understand procedures.
• Strictly enforce safety and standardized production management; educate employees to comply with labor, technical, and operational regulations.

About the Role

Monitor production progress, organize and coordinate across all production processes, and resolve issues at each stage of production, while also driving supplier delivery and quality improvements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the reception, evaluation, and review of customer orders; follow up on production status to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Manage the production floor, develop and implement efficiency improvement plans, and monitor their outcomes.
• Establish and maintain quality assurance and quality control programs; lead quality improvement initiatives and ensure continuous improvement.
• Implement the Group's cost control objectives by enhancing raw material usage control, promoting process and method improvements, and optimizing workflows to reduce production costs while increasing output and maintaining quality.
• Based on the Group's development plan for the plant, propose staffing plans, organize training for the production team, and ensure that workshop personnel possess adequate skills and experience, and fully understand and follow production procedures.
• Strictly enforce safety and standardized production management; educate employees to comply with labor, technical, and operational regulations.

Qualifications

• Machinery manufacturing industry experience preferred.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
