Danfoss in Mexico is seeking a highly hands-on Production Manager who thrives on the shop floor, drives operational excellence, and leads by example. The ideal candidate is a visible manufacturing leader who is involved in daily operations, problem solving, employee engagement, safety, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives.

You will build high‑performing teams, monitor KPIs, and coordinate staffing to meet customer requirements in a fast‑paced environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of manufacturing experience with at least 3 years in a Production Management leadership role.
• Proven experience in high-volume manufacturing environments.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing.
• Demonstrated ability to lead large teams in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily production activities to ensure safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives are achieved.
• Maintain a strong presence on the production floor, providing direct support to supervisors, team leaders, and operators.
• Monitor and drive KPIs including OEE, productivity, scrap, downtime, and labor efficiency.
• Identify and resolve production issues in real time through structured problem-solving methodologies.
• Drive Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, and waste reduction initiatives.
• Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation to meet customer requirements.
