Flex is seeking a Production Manager for Guadalajara, South Campus to lead production activities, drive cost efficiency, and ensure quality targets are met. You will collaborate with planning, distribution, and management to align on strategic objectives and budgets.

The role requires a strong background in operations management, people leadership, and cross-functional collaboration within a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience plus 5 years of operations experience.
• Detailed expertise in complex functional areas with site-wide impact.
• Advanced people and/or process management skills and customer relationship experience.
• Knowledge of multiple functional technologies and interdependencies across sites.
• Proficiency with office software and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Guides department activities to support design, production, and testing of products.
• Plans projects by exploring technology trends and market demand.
• Collaborates with management, production, and marketing to address feasibility and costs.
• Forecasts operating costs and supports budget requests.
• Develops strategic plans and annual operating plans for the function.
• Allocates material, equipment and manpower resources to meet customer needs.
