• Control of salary increases for staff in charge.
• Personnel administration in charge (Payroll, Head Count, certifications, shift changes, bonuses).
• Promote a culture of order and cleanliness in the area.
• Maintain first-class discipline standards in conjunction with the personnel under your charge.
• Control of the monthly budget of the area.
• Carry out daily operation planning to comply with the production plan.
• Monitor hour by hour the performance of the production lines in charge.
• Manage the efficiency of production areas, carry out improvement projects and activities to meet efficiency indicators.
